This is a fully functional release of the system.

Upgrades since previous release:

- Custom Excel export JS page added to Reports section of website;
- User lock / unlock available for Valuation Periods;
-	Excel export in Valuations section now includes rent per annum column;
-	Excel export in Reports section now includes rent per annum and Tenant columns;
-	AJAX enabled on following pages:
	o	Tenants main view page;
	o	Repairs Clauses main view page;
	o	Properties main view page;
	o	Lease Types main view page;
-	Improved search added on AJAX enable pages (search term broken down into 
	parts to be searched, AND / OR can be applied);
-	Extended use of data filters throughout website;
-	Table re-design completed to make viewing clearer;
-	Valuation Period lock enabled;
-	Property filter added for Valuation Groups;
-	`Return` key press bug on Property Comments boxes fixed;
-	Property Comment boxes widened;

This is a fully functional release of the system.

Upgrades since previous release:

-	Help Search bar has been implemented across the website (top of screen);
-	Search within Properties database has been added (left of screen when in Properties section);
-	Search within Valuations database has been added (left of screen when in Valuations section);
-	Valuations Approvals process has been implemented across both valuations page types;
-	Leasehold /Freehold database and user interface elements have now been added for property entries;
-	Filter list for valuations page;
-	Basic audit trail added to database tables to show ‘last change’ details;
-	Sub-categorisation has been added to the Help Files;
-	Date drop-down list boxes have been added across the site;
-	Changes to properties are ‘remembered’ so historical views of previous reference numbers/property names is possible;
-	Valuation Periods set up incorrectly can now be removed from the database;
-	Total Estate Valuation figure added to display on the Valuations home page;
-	Sum of Valuations found under a search added to display on the Valuations home page;
-	Leasehold /Freehold database and user interface elements have now been added for property entries;
-	Admin control panel is now functional;
-	Valuation Periods set up incorrectly by a user can now be removed from the database; 
-	Total Estate Valuation figure added to the display on the Valuations home page;
-	Sum of Valuations found under a search added to display on the Valuations home page;

-	Renew Lease option has been created;
-	Delete lease entry has been activated;

-	Valuations Reports show what percentage of valuations have been approved;
-	Properties can be filtered by disposal date of property;
-	Valuations can be filtered by Valuation Group and whether changes have been made to the property;

Version Prototype Version Beta 1.0	Release Notes

Date: 1 July 2009

This prototype release has been created to help evaluate the system design. 
Full functionality has been limited only to parts of the system where it is 
required, or where fast prototyping tools have been used in developing the code. 

The logos at the bottom of the page and much of the formatting is 
subject to change. These elements are considered non-critical with
regards the functionality of the protoype.

Data Contents:
--------------

The full data contents of the database have not been added as they are not
necessary to review functionality and would only create duplicate work
later if any changes are required to the database structure.

Non-Functional Elements:
------------------------

The following elements are non-functional or not present in this prototype:

-	Search Box;
-	Search Glossary Entries box;
-	Help files;
-	Glossary;
-	Account;
-	Delete Entries;
-	Date Validation;
-	Currency formatting (i.e. 100,000.00 rather than 100000)

Saving unchanged records:
-------------------------
Saving an unchanged record displays an error message. There is not an error,
this message should merely note that no changes were required, or the user 
should be unable to save a record unless changes have been made.
