"I returned from holiday to discover that the pond which my husband had built two years previously was draining. As my husband had died during the course of the holiday, I was already extremely distressed.Within 24 hours Giles had come out, reassuring me that he would find and fix the problem. He found the problem very quickly and by the end of the afternoon (Sunday) my pond was back to normal. He kept in touch to make sure that everything was okay and that there were no further problems."
